By participating in the Precision DPF Services customer referral program, Customer acknowledges and accepts the following Terms and Conditions: The Customer Referral Program (“The CRP”) is subject to discontinuation at any given time as is the reserved right of Precision DPF Services, LLC. Customer acknowledges, in order to receive any and all applicable earned referral fees, the referred customer must be validated by a paid invoice number. Customer acknowledges any and all invoices for costs incurred by Customer owed to Precision DPF Services, LLC must be paid in full by the referred Customer to qualify for the CRP payment. Customer acknowledges, in order to receive payment, Referrer must submit a Referral Fee Claim form online at https://www.precisiondpf.com/referralprogram including all required information to receive payment. Customer acknowledges and accepts all applicable payments remitted by Precision DPF Services, LLC will be via check and does not commit Precision DPF Services to owe further remittances to Customer.
