Effective date: 8/1/2026. These terms govern your use of www.precisiondpf.com and your communications with Precision DPF Services ("we," "us"). The terms for the services we perform on your vehicle or equipment are in our Policies page and in the written authorization you sign before work begins.

Using This Website

Information only. Pricing, turnaround times, and availability shown on this website are for general information and may change without notice. An estimate we prepare for you is the only quote that applies to your job.

Accuracy. We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or always available. We may change or remove content at any time.

Our content. The text, images, logos, and service reports on this site belong to Precision DPF Services or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in dealing with us. Please don't copy, republish, or use our content for another business without our written permission.

Links to other sites. Links to third-party sites (for example, payment, shipping, or regulatory sites) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Service Terms

Work we perform is governed by the estimate you approve, the authorization you sign at drop-off, and the terms printed on your estimate and invoice — including our payment terms, storage fees, limited warranty, and California CARB testing terms. Text Messaging Terms

Program. Precision DPF Services — Service Updates. If you opt in, we send text messages (SMS/MMS) about your service: your filter or part has arrived, results or your service report are ready, your estimate or invoice is available, work is approved or complete, your vehicle or part is ready for pickup or has shipped, appointment reminders, and replies to questions you text us.

Opting in is optional. You can use our services and pay your invoice without agreeing to receive texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You opt in by checking the optional "text me service updates" box on our in-shop sign-in form, by texting SUBSCRIBE to 346-687-1006, or by asking us to text you. We keep a record of when and how you opted in.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your service activity — typically [1–10] messages per service visit. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 346-687-1006 or info@precisiondpf.com. Opting out does not affect your service; we will contact you by phone or email instead.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major U.S. carriers.

Privacy. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Communications

By contacting us by phone, email, or through this website, you agree that we may respond by the same method. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information and our Policies page for how we communicate about your service.

Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision DPF Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits the warranty and service terms stated on your estimate, invoice, or signed authorization, or any rights you have under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to this website or these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version, and the effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
